Lemon Crow Cocktail

TARBELL’S WINE BAR’S lead mixologist Andy Haro was inspired by the lemony, creamy chocolate of his favorite candy, the lemon Kit Kat bar, to create this cocktail. He developed it to celebrate the Crow Moon for a C-CAP promotion last spring. The cocktail was originally going to be available for only one weekend to show support for C-CAP, but it was so popular at the Wine Bar they decided to keep it on for a month!

Ingredients

  • 1½ ounces creamy limoncello
  • 1 ounce vodka
  • ¾ ounce lemon juice
  • ¾ ounce vanilla simple syrup
  • ½ ounce crème de cacao
  • 1 egg white
  • Cocoa powder for design

Instructions

Combine creamy limoncello, vodka, lemon juice, vanilla simple syrup, crème de cocoa and one egg white into mixing tin and “Dry shake” 10—20 times, or until cocktail feels frothy.

Next, add ice to mixing tin and “Wet shake” until chilled. Double strain into martini glass.

Place Crow stencil on top of glass and shake cocoa lightly to create a design.

Photocopy to shrink or enlarge to fit your glass. Place over a piece of cardstock and cut out stencil.
