5-Citrus Margarita

Ingredients

  • Pink or kosher salt, for rim (optional)
  • ½ ounce lime juice
  • ½ ounce lemon juice
  • 1 ounce oleo saccharum simple syrup (or regular simple syrup)
  • ½ ounce orange juice
  • ½ ounce grapefruit juice
  • ½ ounce other citrus juice (such as mandarin, tangerine, blood orange, etc.)
  • 2 ounces reposado tequila

Instructions

If desired, wet the outside rim of a rocks glass with a lime wedge. Dip into salt. Fill with fresh ice and set aside.

Combine all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Remove ice from glass and strain the Margarita into the iced glass. Garnish with citrus wheels.
